Threatened miscarriage due to cyst has anyone had this?

My doctor called it corpus luteam. It’s a cyst supporting the egg or something like that. But I’m worried. Does anyone know more? Has anyone made it out of this with a baby?

Those cysts prevent miscarriage, there’s absolutely no danger in it on the contrary it’s a good sign. 
It will disappear during the pregnancy and if it doesn’t it will come out during birth. If you have a c section done they will take it or along with the baby.

almost every pregnant woman has a corpus luteum cyst, it’s where the egg was released from, mine disappeared by week 9, could possibly cause some discomfort but no reason for it to be considered a threatened miscarriage, they’re super common. i’m 18 weeks and everything has gone smoothly so far

I have one that is 7cm right now. doctor said it helps support baby and prevent miscarriage. I wouldn't worry too much.
