So im 23w3d with twin boys, i came into the hospital at 22w6d and was 2cm dilated, now im at a 5 (but i haven't been checked recently). I'm due for an ultrasound today and they're going to measure the fluids and everything. My fluids last time for baby A was 6.1, baby B was 2.1 (anything below 2.0 is considered low amniotic fluid).. Lets say my fluid in the babies drop again, will they have to do an emergency c section? I know i should ask my doctor this, but i haven't had the chance to sit down and actually discuss things. Opinions?
