About how many mouth injuries has your 16/17 month old had?

I used to work in day care, so I’m used to toddlers falling, injuring themselves, bleeding from the mouth, etc. My husband isn’t used to it. We are just wondering if my son has had more injuries than most kids his age, or if it’s typical.

We haven't had many mouth injuries but a lot of forehead injuries. She's always tripping over her feet!

He fell and tore his frenulum one night. We spent all night in the ER to find out it was a super common injury and would heal itself. But there was just SO MUCH BLOOD we freaked it.

My kid loves to run around the house and then he will occasionally fall on his face and have his teeth bite his lip a bit and it will bleed. It's not pleasant, but it heals quickly. I put 5 or more, I thought that was normal, heh. 
When I was a toddler my teeth went all the way through the skin below my lower lip and left a hole that had to get stitched shut, so I'm not stressing over cut lips so much. 😐

I said 1-2 because he’s slipped and busted his lip a couple times, once in the bathtub on vacation and once when he was playing peekaboo with behind a sheet and fell backwards.

My son only slipped once and I guess bit his lip or tongue or something. He has slipped and his his head/chin quite a few times though.

I just did one cause he got bit by a dog once (it wasn’t too bad thankfully but scary!) I didn’t count the times he busted a lip and bled a little when he falls down but he’s definitely done that a handful of times too!
