have any of you used collagen peptides before? Did you notice a difference? I'm currently 36wks pregnant and was curious how this product is?

I’m not sure what you mean about “how this works”? It’s just a source of protein and is good for gut heath and joints. I used it all the time as a prefer collagen based protein powders.
