Starting the low carb journey!

My weight gain started my senior year of High school. I was about 200 pounds, which is only about 20 lbs above my healthy weight. I ate because I enjoyed it. Food was always on my mind. If we were going for a trip, I’d base it on food places! Throughout the days I always look forward to 3 things, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I still do 🤦🏽‍♀️. That’s why I weigh almost 300 pounds now. It is a struggle. My heels kill me just to walk or stand. One of my aunts started this simple diet in April this year and she has lost almost 30 pounds as of this month! And it’s simple! She wakes up eats a boiled egg and some pomegranate(some carbs!) then for lunch she has a half cup of cottage cheese and steamed fresh veggies and for dinner it’s a meat and a ton of veggies! How hard is that? Well, I struggle still, but what has really helped me is the amount of water I have started to drink. It keeps me full. I use Fit&Active; water enhancers which have no calories or carbs to flavor it! My lunches are delicious, dinners are easy! For breakfast I have 2 scrambled eggs and a banana with some coffee. Before breakfast I start my day on the Bowflex max trainer. But my aunt just walks! The picture there is from a year ago.. not much has changed. I want to go from the 22 dress size back down to a 10!
