Has anyone here been diagnosed with Cholestasis?

I am 33 weeks tomorrow and have been itching a lot over the past ten days or so. Very itchy feet and lower legs at night. During the day my chest, arms, shoulders and hands itch almost constantly despite using lotion daily. Yesterday and today I also had brief upper right quadrant pain.

I mentioned it at my 32 week appointment today and my midwife ordered some blood work tomorrow to check liver function and told me to pay close attention to the baby's movements. She mentioned that my feet and hands are slightly swollen so that could be the cause but that doesn't explain the rest of the itching.

Has anyone here been diagnosed with Cholestasis? What were your symptoms? When did you end up delivering and how did the duration of your pregnancy go?
