Should I call the police? No where else to turn

I dont know what to do my mom is scaring me and making everyone’s lives hell and none of us can cut her out of our lives 100% until she and my dad are legally divorced and even though I’m 23 and moved out she’s still trying to ruin my life she’s telling people that my sister and I are plotting her fucking murder and that if she goes missing that we are the first and only suspects which is so fucked up I genuinely think she’s going to kill herself and stage it as a murder just to give a final fuck you to everyone and there’s nothing I can do to stop this woman 
What options are there??? I am genuinely scared for my father and sister’s lives but no crime has been committed yet so i dont know what to do but she’s dangerous and needs to be stopped I’m freaking out any advice please

You can file involuntary psych hold, for homicidal/suicidal indications , you can call police

I’m not really sure what you could do, like maybe you can report that she has been saying and doing these crazy things Incase anything does happen. That way if they ever have to investigate maybe they can take that into consideration?

You can call the police. If you feel she is a danger to herself or others the can take her in on involuntary psych hold. Maybe she will get the help she obviously needs but if not you at least have some form of legal documentation if she does do anything. If you are in fear for your life STAY AWAY FROM HER. You need to call or go to a police station and have them guide you. You can let them know that her erratic behavior has gotten worse, that you are scared she will commit suicide. You can have them do a wealth-fare check. Take any evidence of messages. You want to make a paper trail for her because at most, if they do think she is a threat the most that you can have her committed for psychiatric evaluation is 3 days. You have to be proactive because there is a lot of red tape with getting people help since she is an adult and thanks to all the patient safety/ privacy laws/ & rights.

You should absolutely try to get her professional help. I think you should call the non emergency line. Even if they can't directly help, they can offer resources. You might also consider calling another family member, your hospital, or a local mental health professional. Whatever you decide to do, please don't put yourself in any danger. I'm sorry you're going through this.
