7 weeks 5 days and don't feel pregnant anymore...

I am 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I don't feel pregnant anymore like I did around 6 weeks? With my first I was always sick now this time it suddenly stopped. I'm sure everything is fine with the baby just wondering if anyone has also had their symptoms just vanish.

I did see a heartbeat when I was 6 weeks 3 days and it was 126bpm. My next appointment is on Tuesday for my 2 month check up.
