Sex after a 3rd degree tear...
It’s been 14 weeks since I gave birth and had a 3rd degree tear and I am petrified to try having sex 😬.
My husband hasn’t pushed in the slightest but I am worried if I don’t try soon I will build it up more in my mind and lll be too scared to ever have sex again!
Anyone got any positive non-pain stories or tips??
