Nose ring?!

I have had my nose stud in for 6 weeks, been cleaning it daily, can I change the stud to a ring easily ?

I just changed my corkscrew ring out to a different corkscrew ring today, and let me tell you somethin.... Ive had this piercing for 6 months with no issues, taking the piercing out was very easy, but trying to put it back in was a FUCKING NIGHTMARE. I thought the hole closed, i put one of my earings in to check and it went in fine, but the corkscrew did not want to go in, i kept getting it in the hole , but as soon as i had to turn it to get it in, it hurt like a bitch. I probably couldve waited longer

Don’t change it just yet. I waited 6 months and it hurt like a bitch when I changed from a stud to a hoop. But once the bar is out for the first time it’s super easy and pain free. 
Just make sure you wait. 6 weeks isn’t long enough at all!

it can take up to 6 months for nose piercing to heal,changing the jewerly will cause irritation and infection.

Talk to your piercer... they could have a different opinion. It is most common for a nose piercing to take six months to heal but I was able to change mine after three weeks. Just go in and see what they say

i have a septum which is more touchy than side of nose and basicly as long as there isn't blood or puss you are good to go as long as its stainless steel. NEVER WEAR ANYTHING BESIDES STAINLESS STEEL IN PIERCINGS! ITS EVEN BAD FOR EARS!
