I am married to two men..yes TWO my first husband I haven't seen since 2010 and we talk on a regular basis. In fact I told him when I was going to remarry..he was fine with it. I recently filed for a divorce from my first husband and we will be divorced next month...he has another wife as well....my new husband just enlisted in the military reason why we sped up the marriage and all this paper work I'm afraid that they will notice I'm still married to another soldier even with the present of a new marriage certificate...I know this is silly but what do I do?? My first husband tells everyone we are divorced but we got divorced overseas and can't find any documentation ...Will they catch this before the divorce ?
