CRAMPS HURT LIKE A BITCH

I am sitting here. I’m literal agony and crying my eyes out. I’ve taken pills that my doctor gave me and usually they work but they just aren’t right now. It’s killing me. I fucking hate them so much. Any tips to stop them or to relief pain!?? I’m dying here!!

Edit: I’m having awful hot flushes and can’t get comfy. I would sleep but my room is literally boiling or I am and I’m so uncomfortable and I am home alone and I just can’t deal with this pain!!!!!! AARRGGHH
