Fussy 3 week old

My baby is three weeks old today. After trying for six years to have this baby, my husband and I have basically cuddled her 24/7 since she was born. She hasn't slept in her crib yet, she mostly sleeps on us or seldomly in her swing. At this point she's sleeping less and spends more time awake during the days and is pretty fussy unless we are holding, bouncing, or walking around with her all the time... she's like a spoiled little princess lol. With my first child, i was strict about not holding her all the time and she was happy to sit in her swing and she slept in her bed just fine...easy baby. i know i likely should have done that again with my newborn, but after five miscarriages and so many years trying for this baby it was hard not to soak in all the baby snuggles. especially knowing this is my last baby.

What is the best way to transition her to being a little more independent? I wear her in a sling or hold her all the time right now, I'm not getting any sleep and I somehow even after all that, i don't regret all the baby snuggles lol, just need to start transitioning her to being able to sit or sleep on her own at times.
