Re-enlisting after a discharge of RE-3P?

Just curious if it’s even possible to re-enlist.
Was discharged medically out of USMC.

My husband EAS from the Marines and they gave him a 3P as his RE. The Marines for sure said they wouldn’t take him back but after 2 long yrs and a GOOD recruiter who is willing to do all the paper work and wavers helped him and he is now in the Army. But he was never medically discharged it was just a EAS honorable with a 3P.

Best bet is to talk to a recruiter and see if someone is willing to work with you.  Per this sheet, the only way to re-enlist is with a waiver.

Unlikely. Unless the medical issue has been resolved and he gets a doctor to attest to fitness
