KETO DIET HELP
So I’m wanting to start the keto diet. This is my meal plan. Is this a good one?
Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs and 3-4 slices of bacon
Lunch- salad with chicken, bacon, Italian dressing and avocado chunks
Dinner- chicken and green beans w/butter
