CM & Cramping Need Answers!

TMI PHOTO ATTACHED.

I felt this and had to examine. I have TTC - 4 days before tracked period. I have been cramping for a couple of weeks. Took first response last night and today and negative. This just showed up. What does this mean? Cramping, BLOATING, moody and this..... help me! Pregnant?
