Ovidrel or the start of my BFP?!

Hey Ya’ll, I could use your expert advice or opinions or experiences! This month we tried an IUI with letrozole for the first time. I triggered with 250 MCG on Sunday, June 10th with one 22mm follicle. We did IUI in the morning of June 12th. So I’m 10 Days post trigger and 8 days post IUI. The first two pictures are days 7-10 of this cycle - I like to test out my trigger shots. Usually the HCG is gone or veryyyy faint on day 10, which is picture number three, showing my past days 9 and 10.

Am I being too optimistic, or does it seem like I might have a chance this month?! I’ve had a few of the same symptoms I had with my first two miscarriages.
