Weight loss buddy??
I’m 19, about to turn 20 in a month. I weigh 180lbs. And I am 5’5. It’s the highest weight I have ever been. I started gaining weight when I started college, and have probably gained about 30lbs in the last year.
My goal is to really just completely change my diet. I want to cut out fast food, too much salt, too many carbs, Coke’s, etc. and start eating more fruits and veggies.
I want to just get to a weight I look and feel healthy at. So probably I want to get to around 135-140lbs.
I really could use a weight loss buddy!! If anyone else needs one? Lol. Just someone to text or message on here to help keep each other motivated and everything. If anyone else wants one let me know 🙂
