TTC, tips or advice please?
Hi! So recently decided to start ttc, but Iv been told I could possibly have pcos as it showed on my ultrasound and 2 out of 4 blood test results came back not normal.
I changed doctors as I moved states and this doctor now thinks I should just try and lose weight and it should regulate my period again.
Iv started to eat more healthy and Iv just joined a gym. But I'm also a smoker and I want to quit smoking too, just worried about the weight gain from quitting?
Has anyone else been trying to lose weight then quit smoking? Any tips or advice about anything please would be great x
