What plastic surgery should I get?

Please leave personal criticism aside. I'm only looking for your straight answers. Not hate comments. Background about me: I'm 20, Asian, female, small tits, flat nose, and slight monolid (Philippine descent). I would very much appreciate your input please! Also, please note I am doing this for myself. I've been wanting plastic surgery ever since I was 14 yrs. old. I've done extensive research as to where I am getting it done. I plan on getting the surgery in a FEW YEARS from now to think about it more. Thanks loves!!💞 Sorry for the long post!
