Miscarriage support

Hello everyone.

So my story starts in May. I got pregnant and my fiance and I were so excited. Everything was going good. Had an ultrasound done at five weeks and they couldn't see a thing. They told me I had already miscarried or that it was ectopic. My hcg kept going up but not quite doubling so they were thinking definitely ectopic. I chose to wait and see what happens. Two nights ago I started spotting. I had an ultrasound yesterday at 7w2d and I got to see our baby. It was in the right spot and everything. However, there was no blood flow or heartbeat. I was told I was going to miscarry. Immediately after the ultrasound I started bleeding heavily and passing clots. I believe I passed the baby this morning. My heart is heavy and my fiance is hurting so bad. He was so ready to be a dad. This was my first pregnancy.

So, I was just hoping someone could help give me advice on how to get through this emotionally. I am trying to stay strong and positive but it's hard. All advice is welcome.
