Feeling Sad 😔😔😔

Yesterday I went to see my OB/GYNE to get my results for my bloodwork n ultrasound didnt expect to hear what she told me so unfortunately dont have much follicles left ultrasound on right ovary showed 3 and left ovary showed one and also showed my lining is thin FSH is 8.8 which she said it's okay. Her recommendation is to try clomid n she put me on Metformin as well to see if it helps IVF is not covered with my insurance so I'm feeling hopeless 😭😭😭 She said hopefully this works so will start Metformin first n clomid on my next cycle any success stories with these two medications???????
