Many, many times. My first experience was at a sleepover, i woke up with my arms above my head and couldn't move a muscle. I was terrified. usually i can feel it happening and start wiggling my fingers before they become paralyzed and it pulls me out of it. the nights that its really bad I can have 5-10 episodes.

I don’t think I have, but I felt like I did. I was in a dream and there was someone running after me. I started screaming and making noise... I tried moving my body but it wouldn’t move and I felt like someone was right beside me. I told my little sister (we sleep in the same room) if she heard me say anything. She heard me crying/calling for help but she didn’t do anything. I was so paranoid and felt like someone was watching me. Maybe it was just a nightmare.:/

I’m pretty sure it was happening to me last night. It was terrifying. I saw a big, shadowy black figure moving in my closet and I couldn’t get myself to move. 😳

i’ve had it where im laying in bed and i swear a hear someone behind me moving and breathing and i cant move. its awful
