Pounding headaches?

I have headaches that come and go and they hurt if i look down or cough. Mainly a pressure and pain on the sides of my forehead on the temples. Any other mommies out here having the same problem? Any recommendations on what i can do? I cant take this anymore

Ive been having the same kind. Nothing has really been working other than laying down for a nap and praying it's gone when i wake up.

My doctor told me it was allergies and I just needed to take Claritin! I thought she was crazy because I don't normally have allergies but boy was she right!!!!!

My dr told me to try magnesium supplements.  I've been taking 200mg 2x daily (he said 400 was ok but that was too much and giving me diarrhea).  It's helped a little.

My doctor told me Tylenol and a little cup of coffee! I also chug water. I get these often, too!

I have the same issue and it happens every single day. It's so frustrating! I just take Tylenol because my doctor told me it was totally fine and safe to take if I'm experiencing pain or headaches.

Yes!!!  I use Aveda Blue Oil on my head where it feels the worst.  Doctor also said excedrine is ok so I've had to use that too.

I think its because of the increase in blood we have, same thing happens to me i cant pick something off the floor without my head starting to hurt

I get the same headaches and Tylenol helps and laying down. I hate them!!! They are terrible.

I'm on my 2nd trimester. Where are you? I hate these headaches. It comes and goes like every 2days. Nothing helps. Then it goes after the end of cycle :(  I can't wait to see my doc but I don't have any other symptoms to worry. I heard some do in the pregnancy
