Did I have a miscarriage?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I went swimming at the lake today. I felt something gush out in the water. Did I miscarry or did I just accidentally use the bathroom? There's no blood in my bathing suit bottom and no pain. Am I being paranoid?

Girlie are you still bleeding if not well I can tell you this much you didn't have a miscarriage bcuz with a miscarriage you have lots of bleeding like your menstrual associated with cramping as well.

Probably was just an air bubble. You'd be bleeding like a period

If you miscarried and had passed it, there would have been blood similar to a period. Hope that helps!
