Husband doesn't help..

My husband and I only been married for 4 months but we lived together for more than a year already, he won't change! So I've always had this issue with him because he's just so lazy so sloppy at what he does and just ugh.! He likes to leave his clothes EVERYWHERE, his dishes not even in the sink, his wrappers/trash on the floor I get he is tired from work but it will help if he cared to help one bit. I've tried talking to him so many times and he always says he understands and doesn't change. I don't work so it's not hard for me to do it, it's just frustrateing especially since we are expecting our first child. it worries me that he won't help at all...
