pregnant?

im 4-5 days late now. me and my fiance have been trying for months with no luck but this is the first time ive been super late on starting my period. ive taken 3 pregnancy tests and all are negative. im a type one diabetic and was told when i had my daughter that pee tests take awhile to show up for diabetics when they are pregnant. im hopeful but worried i might not be. update: i got a blood draw today because itll show if im pregnant or not now instead of three weeks after my missed period so fingers crossed that tomorrow i get good news!!
