I need encouragement or something

I’m a shy girl, I have a speech impairment (I stutter) and I want to have a job to make extra money for college and I like to shop. I might get this job offer on my college campus but I’m most likely gonna start when school starts which is in August. Hey! It’s June🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m tryin to shop😂 now my dad doesn’t want me to get a job because he wants me to keep applying for scholarships everyday which gets boring. I want to do more things and I like to stay busy. So here’s why I’m here...... I’m afraid of rude costumers😫. I’ve watched stuff on YouTube that costumers sometimes tend to throw things at u, cuss u out, tell the manager for no reason, blame stuff on u, and extra stuff. I need motivation and encouragement😅😅

I know that I can easily get a job but I wanna work somewhere where I don’t have to deal with people but .. it’s not a perfect world and I’m only 18 so I might have to work where I have to deal with people🤷🏽‍♀️ I need tip or something😂

Sometimes whenever someone says something rude to me, it stays with me the whole day🤦🏽‍♀️ and I hate it.
