There's no way I could be pregnant?

So, last night me and my boyfriend had sex. It was pretty late, and he never came because we were both uncomfortable because it hurt kinda badly. (it wasn't the first time we had sex. But the first time in a while.) Well, today I used the bathroom, only 12 hours after we had sex, and I wipe and my discharge is mostly clear, but there's little bit of blood in it. And it terrified me, because usually when the sperm embeds into the egg, it sometimes causes spotting. Could I be pregnant? Even though there was no cum at all? I even checked the condom for holes afterwards too. please help
