Birth control causing stomach problems etc?

So I’ve been on birth control (Trisprintec) for a year now and the past couple months I’ve been experiencing indigestion, getting dizzy if I stand up for too long, if I get overheated I get dizzy, anxiety attacks although I did get that under control for the most part, I’ll get diarrhea if I eat greasy foods sometimes and just stuff like that. Could that be symptoms of being on birth control even tho I got them later on with taking it? Or does it sound like something else could be the problem... I just wanna know if anyone else has experience something similar and they think it was their birth control as well because in the beginning I had almost no symptoms at all besides the stomach problems

This is actually my last pack of birth control then I’m getting off it to see if anything changes
