Can I get pregnant with a cyst?

I was feeling really confident about this month but now I have a painful cyst on my right ovary right during my fertile window. (I've had them diagnosed in the past so I'm fairly certain it is one). Anyway, is this going to affect me conceiving? I can't find any helpful info online.

I have a large blood filled cyst (endometrioma) on my right ovary and still got pregnant. You should be fine.

I am not a doctor, BUT - my doc wouldn’t prescribe me clomid because I had a rather large cyst. Conceived naturally 2 cycles later!

I have a large complex cyst on my left ovary and I got pregnant! We were also using a fertility dr but that was mostly due to my husband

It can affect it but you can get pregnant. I have a cluster of cysts on one ovary and I have two healthy babies

I suffer with cysts.. on both my tubes.. I had abscesses on my ovaries 6 years ago, they got missed and got that big they blocked my tubes.. after 5 full years of trying, I received my amazing positive last month!!, with everything happening to me, I am high risk or ectopic and miscarriage.. it’s hard, but have faith!!, it will happen hun❤️ baby dust to you!!&the; very best of luck lovely💗

I don't know if it was there at conception but at 12 week scan I had a cyst on my ovary !!
