NoPoo!

So I’ve heard a lot of things about quitting shampoo and there’s actually a better way to go about cleaning your hair and keeping it healthy without stripping your hair of the natural oils it already provides.

One part baking soda and one part water, rinse and then one part water and one part apple cider vinegar and rinse.

I’ve read it takes about 2-6 weeks for your hair to not be so oily and that’s because your hair has to get used to how much oil it should be producing.

I’m considering actually trying this because I’m sick and tired of my hair over producing oil the morning after I’ve just washed it...

Side note: I posted this on Facebook to have family and friends give me their advice/in take. My grandma (who always has something negative to say it seems) doesn’t think this is a good idea. I’ve heard many people doing this method and after just a couple months their hair is healthier, fluffier longer and smells natural. Not like vinegar, not like shampoo, just natural!
