Normal after starting 1 yr old on whole milk?

My son had a full supply cup of milk last night and when his dad changed him this morning, this is what his diaper looked like. It’s dark grey/brown. He also has a really bad rash, is it normal? Or should I be worried?

When my daughter first had cows milk. Her poo was really runny and yellow brown colour. And slowly went back to normal. Did he eat blueberries that day?

what else is he eating? idk but my sons never had dark poop like that? but other food can change the color too
