I’ve never had unprotected sex. My boyfriend and I always use condoms. However, my period is more than a week late and today there was some spotting but it still hadn’t started yet. I just recently started getting my pms symptoms, but still nothing so far. I didn’t think much of it, but he’s worried that I’m pregnant. Help???

If you use condoms correctly and nothing broke, you probably are not pregnant. Many different factors can make your period late including stress, birth control, and more. If you’re very worried, wait another week or two and take a test.

If you're a week late, any test would be positive if you are pregnant, so I'd just take a test. If you're not pregnant, you're either just really late or have skipped a period, it happens sometimes.
