question

okay so ive had my period on sunday the 10 and its lasted for almost 10 days it stopped on the 19 , the 20th and 21st no period or spotting at all today friday the 22nd started spotting in the morning no big deal by 2:30pm started to blead more and now its 9:20pm and im bleadding more i started to have a little bit of pain below my stomach and chills in my legs. i have the implanon in my arm ive had it for 2 years almost 3 just wanted to know if its normal or should i contact my doctor?
