18 Days Late.. no sign of period

Hi ladies, I haven’t been on here in a long time due to a lot of changes the last few months. My periods been regular maybe like 3 days late the most. I stopped my pill in December 2017 right around Christmas. I will be honest with you women, I am in recovery and I had a relapse May 11-15th on my drug of choice. My last period was May 6th. Normal. Lasted 3 days, like I said, normal for me. I had unprotected sex around May 15th and that’s supposedly when I was ovulating because my cycle is like 30 something days. I’m currently 18 days late. All negative tests. About two weeks ago I had minor pregnancy symptoms (I was pregnant last year... made it to 6 weeks).. I know my body but now I just have tender breast’s (especially my nipples) and headaches non stop. I’m bloated too. Also exhausted. Should I get a blood test? Could the relapse have something to do with my cycle? I’m so confused and keep stressing. I talk to women in my program (I do AA) about it and they keep saying test again test again but it’s the same results. Any ideas? I could use some kind words for I don’t really speak on my addiction.. thank you.
