If you decide to stay after someone cheats on you you cannot keep throwing it in their face over and over again or secretly hold a it against them for the rest of their lives. For the relationship to ever be successful again (which it probably never will be anyways) the ONLY option is to forgive and forget. You’ll never move past it in the relationship if not.

honestly, it's your choice if you're going to stay or not. 
but if you choose to stay, you have to forgive and forget. otherwise the relationship is probably doomed. if you bring it up again over and over, and can't get over it, you will never have the good part of your relationship. all the trust will be gone. 
and even if you don't bring it up, but you still think about it, the trust will still be gone. no relationship can work without trust. 
it's hard, to be honest, and I've tried it-- but it didn't work out.

I’m big on second chances because everyone makes mistakes. I’m also not a doormat so I draw the line at a second chance. If you choose to forgive someone and stay with them that’s not a free pass to bring it up whenever you’re angry or feel like it. Put it behind you move forward and be happy or leave.

If u decide to forgive u have to forget too. I think that the only way a relationship can heal from cheating is through counseling. So a person needs to be complete lk y over it in order for the relationship to move forward.
