Should I Leave Him Notes Around the House?

I need some advice. 
I don’t know where I came up with the idea, but I decided to leave my S/O notes around the house for him to find after he gets home from work. Is it too much? I don’t want him to think I’m trying too hard, or am being clingy. I just wanted to remind him of how much he means to me. 
(The order of the pictures I posted, is the order in which he would find them.)

I leave notes for my partner. When I went to NZ for a couple of weeks I left notes everywhere!!! He didn’t take them down though and when his brother was at our house one day he wrote responses on a bunch of my notes. 🙄😂 
I used to think my partner hated the notes or thought they were annoying at the very least. But one day when he couldn’t find the note I left when I went to work for the week he got upset. God I love him.

If y'all are close enough to be living together, I don't think it's clingy at all! Now, if y'all was just casually dating and you stayed the night here and there and did that, it might be clingy, but not living together imo lol

I love this! me and my hubby have dry erase markers in our bathroom and will occasionally write notes on the mirror to each other. he works nights, I work days so it works out great. it's always nice to be reminded how much we still love each other. it's never too much to express your feelings. don't worry, this is adorable!
