There is a possibility of pcos, and annovulatory cycles, and if I am in fact ovulatory then there is a possibility of post operative adhesions impairing fertility. Due to my weight, there is a possibility that I will need to adjust my metformin, and if I am not ovulating they will trigger ovulation after a failed 3 cycles on 1000 mg metformin bid, with chlomid or levonogestrole.

It’s a lot to take in. Possibility of full blown diabetes and pcos.....making life style changes ASAP, because my heart is aching for another baby 💔
