ringing in the ears?
so i have anxiety and it’s been ok lately nothing too bad has happened with it but like 2 days ago i started to get this on and off ringing in my ears. of course i looked it up and i think it may be tinnitus. problem is idk if i’m just overthinking or if i actually have it. any advice?
