What’s going on 😣 bleeding and possibly pregnant!!

Bled bright red/dark brown blood for 3 days with mild cramping. Tested this morning and this was my result on a clearblue and a BNF on a cheapie. (First morning wee)

What’s going on?! 😣😣😣😣
