Anyone else going through terrible allergy symptoms? I haven't been taking anything because I don't want it to affect my chances of conceiving. Praying all of this doesn't keep us from getting a bfp. This is our 11th month ttc

Get some local honey from a farmers’ market and have a bit each day. Honey that contains pollen from local wildflowers immunizes you. My seasonal allergies have completely disappeared! Just make sure the bees are local.

Yes! Omg my allergies have been horrible and what’s worst is that they trigger my asthma so ive been taking my inhaler more than I’d like to.

I gave my allergy meds up when we started actively TTC.  I definitely have days when I wish I could take them, but knowing I am not putting anything questionable in my body that might be bad for a baby or prevent my body from being ready to conceive is enough to make me ok with sneezing and itchy eyes every now and then!

Get some antihistamines from your doctor that are safe when TTC. That’s what I’ve done, no point suffering through allergy symptoms.
