Holding urine
How long should you hold urine to test for opk? I usually drink a lot of water and use RR every hour or less time than that. Holding urine and not drinking is giving me headaches but when I have been able to hold for 4 hours, I’ve noticed the tests are much clearer. Is 2 and a half hours long enough?
