Heartbroken or just venting

After about to years of living with someone and their family and putting them first and trying to be a good partner & one day out of the blue getting kicked out the house & being called crazy and getting blamed for the failed relationship.

Now less then a week later my ex partner is posting on social media and the same girl ive caught him talking to before is all over his post. Not sure to feel angry or how to get over this dude !!!!

I still have to cut off his phone line that i am paying for but something just holds me back
