Back pain and a few cramps and bleeding pregnant twins
Hi I’m a first time pregnant with twins mom and I’m 24 weeks today. I’m having back pain since last night and like two cramps. Mostly my back pain is causing my discomfort. I did just go to the bathroom and my discharge was pink tinged. Should I be concerned? I took two Tylenol 500mg to help with my back pain because at my appointment the doc said I could take up to 1000mg at a time.
