Update!! Well idk if anyone wanted an update, but back in August the Marine who asked me to go with him uninvited me because he had asked another girl to go with him. It was right after I sent him a picture of the dress I was going to get. It’s been a while I am not as upset as I was before. But thank you all for your lovely help.

So I have been talking to this guy I went to school with for a little more than a month now. He is a Marine and he asked me to go to the Marine ball with him.

Now I know a little about the marines because I was with a guy who went to marine boot camp and came back from boot camp and wanted nothing to do from me, yesterday he actually asked me too help him chase ass (what a dick) but because I was with him while he was in boot camp I watched all the videos I could about the marines and stuff and read as much as I could so I know some. I also wanted to go into the marines but I am blind so I can't.

Bbbbuuuuuuttttt I have no idea what to wear to the ball. I have been looking up some stuff but it all looks like prom dresses and I know its not prom so I don't want a dress that looks like that. I am so scared because I have a not natural hair color I also have a septum ring so I feel like I look to weird to go. like I am trashy can anyone help me? Dress ideas should I dye my hair to a natural hair color has anyone gone to one of these? Help please and thank you
