Basic Training Graduation attire??

Hi 👋🏼 My soldier is graduating pretty soon and I was wondering if anyone here’s attended graduation and tell me more or less what they wore, or what they’re thinking of wearing. Thanks! 🙏🏼

At fort Benning they didnt care what families were as long as it was tasteful. I wore a green shirt with lace material on the shoulder blades and a cut out in the back, it wasnt too low or anything, some jean shorts, and flats or maybe heels. Ask your soldier for guidance if you can or need to. Worst case go with something you would wear to a church function or Easter (I'll add I'm not religious, but I feel like most people understand the "sundays best" mentality). And not to sound judgy, but dont be that girl wearing something super racy because you know it will get your soldiers heart pumping (which it would), but, theres a hundred or more other guys who are just as lonely feeling as he was. Of course I dont want to assume you would, but I'd rather say it now than to not say it at all. No offense meant.

Hey! I wore a simple black dress and a light cover over it (it was a little chilly where they held it, so that was a lifesaver), and nude heels. A lot of women wore sundresses and heels. Some wore jeans and t-shirts. I wanted to dress up a little for him, and did so modestly. I’m excited for you to get to see your man! Congrats to him on his upcoming graduation. 🙂
