My cycles generally last 27-29 days, and until yesterday I have had a mirena IUD for 3.5 years. My husband and I made the decision last week that we would try for a few months so that he could be here for the birth of our child. He will be going to Navy Officer training July/August 2016 so we don't have a large window for this to work...
