So frustrated!!

I was taking antibiotics about 2 weeks ago for a nasty spider bite while I was taking my birth control pills. I am not due for my period for 11 days & I'm very regular. This morning I woke up with awful cramps & when I went to the bathroom I noticed a ton of blood in my underwear. Did the antibiotics mess with my cycle this month? Should I be concerned?
