How will I know when plan B works?

I took a plan b yesterday and I've had most of the symptoms of it working (vomiting, stomach ache, dizziness, etc) but I still haven't started my period. How will I know when/If it worked?

If you vomited right after you took it then it's not in your system so It didn't work. The only way to know for sure is taking a pregnancy test.

If you vomited then the pill didn't have time to get on your system. Wait a week, usually in a week you will bleed like a period, if you don't then take a test.
